Our confections start from the finest and most carefully processed Guatemalan cacao, which we transform with great care and patience into fine chocolate. All the ingredients we use are 100% natural and of the highest quality. Where possible, they are certified Organic and Fair Trade.
The centers, are all original recipes of our creation. Some use traditional Guatemalan ingredients, others are based on international inspiration. We consider each piece an individual work of art: because of their hand-applied decoration no two pieces will ever be identical.
